Your view: Due process now

Very simply, allowing President Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfield to operate outside of the Constitution represents an American dictatorship rather than the American democratic ideals that our country hopes to instill in others.

Enough is enough!

It is time for the detainees at Guantanamo and other illegal prison camps be given due process or sent home as free individuals; and I urge you to support habeas corpus.
