Makayla Wheatley

Born Dec. 18, 2005, at Sikeston, she was the daughter of Bobby Don Wheatley and Jessica Lynn Edwards of East Prairie.

In addition to her parents, survivors include: one sister, Alexandra Edwards of the home: four brothers, Andrew Edwards of Benton, Zachery Edwards, Brendon Revelle and Evan Wheatley, all of the home; paternal grandparents, Bobby and Linda Wheatley of East Prairie; paternal great-grandparents, Virginia Galemore and Arthur Wheatley of East Prairie; maternal grandparents, Sherry Smith of East Prairie and Steve Edwards of Jones, Okla., maternal great-grandmother, Katherine Edwards of East Prairie; and maternal stepgrandfather, Alvin Smith of East Prairie; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation is at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday. Keith Cook will officiate.

Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
