Born Sept. 24, 1957, in Cape Girardeau, son of Bessie Arleen Huffman Tipsword of Scott City and the late Henry Alonzo Cossiboom, he worked as an engineer for Burlington-Northern Santa Fe Railway Co. in Chaffee for 13 years.
On Dec. 5, 1992, he married Jane Renee Dunlap who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Bryan Cossiboom of Branson and Tyler Cossiboom of Scott City; two daughters, Abby Burch of Springfield and Krystal Enderle of Scott City; one brother, David Cossiboom; one sister, Linda Bentley of Springfield, Ill.; his stepfather, Loyd Tipsword of Scott City; and his father- and mother-in-law, David and Syble Dunlap of Cape Girardeau.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with an Elks service at 7 p.m.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Joe Hudson officiating.
Burial will follow at a later date in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
Pallbearers will be: Kevin James, Robert Hodo, Ronnie Ressel Sr., Mike "Red" Griffin, Terry Curtis, Mark Ballard and Danny Loucks.
