PADUCAH, Ky. -- Mildred Brown Fesmire, 78, died at 11:05 p.m. Sept. 25, 2007, at Lourdes Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late S.O. and Lavonia Gertrude Caldwell Brown. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Paducah and Paducah Women's Bowling Association for 50 years. A longtime volunteer for the Western Baptist Hospital Auxiliary, she had retired from Fidelity Credit Co.
She was married to Floyd M. Fesmire Jr., who preceded her in death.
Also preceding her in death were one sister, Christine Davidson; and two brothers, J.P. Brown and Johnny "Flat" Brown.
Survivors include: two sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise "Teeny" and Cecil Lynn of Benton, Mo. and Peggy and Richard Griggs of Charleston, Mo.; one brother and sister-in-law, Clyde "Billy" and Dorothy Brown of Wyatt, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jim Ewing will officiate.
Burial will follow in Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
