"It was good to get the win," Sikeston head coach Steve Beydler. "We started out a little flat. The second match was even at 9-9, then we focused and outscored them 16-5."
"That's how the whole match should have gone," he added.
Sikeston was led by Mandy Moore, who was 11-for-11 serving, with one ace and six digs.
"She's really consistent for us," Beydler said. "When she's serving, it sets up our best killing rotation and we seem to score a lot."
Also getting in on the action was Rachel Beydler, who was 7-for-7 serving, with one ace, 11 digs, four kills, 18 assists and two blocks and Martika Davis, who was also 7-for-7 serving with one ace, 14 kills and two blocks.
Caitlin Underwood was 9-for-10 serving, with three aces, five kills and two blocks.
