Carliss Goodin

ST. LOUIS -- Carliss DeLisa Goodin, 42, formerly of Charleston, died March 10, 2008, at the DePaul Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Nov. 16, 1965, in Charleston, to Fred Scott of Tampa and L. Augusta Goodin of Charleston, she was a 1984 graduate of Charleston Public Schools and was employed at Jefferson Barracks Hospital until her health failed.

In addition to her parents, survivors include: one son, Desmond Miles Goodin of St. Louis; one daughter, Donita Ann Jackson of St. Louis; one brother, Eric Goodin of Charleston; one sister, Lynetta Goodin of St. Louis; one stepbrother, Favis Wilson of Tampa; and two grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Charleston. The Rev. Steve Betts officiated.

Burial followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
