SIKESTON - Plaza Tire Service in Sikeston is under the new leadership.

Store Manager Rick Noon, Assistant Manager Dean Foulk and Service Manager Jeff Woods recently accepted their new positions. The three have worked in the tire and automotive industry for several years.

Noon has lived in the Sikeston area for five years. He has worked in the tire and automotive industry for two years, including eight months with Plaza Tire Service. He has held a variety of positions including salesman, service manager, assistant manager and now store manager.

During Noon's time in the tire and automotive field, he said he has learned what is important to customers. "The most important thing to know in the tire and automotive industry is what products benefit the customer," said Noon. "That's why people buy anything - - what benefit them."

Also Noon said he has come to realize that Plaza Tire Service has several advantages to offer over its competitors including its employees' attitudes, its multiple locations and various brand names.

Like Noon, Foulk has held various positions during his 12 years in the tire and automotive industry. In his eight years with Plaza Tire Service, he has worked in the Cape warehouse, as a truck driver, a salesman and then as Plaza Tire Service's Malden store manager.

All these experiences provided him with the tools necessary to be Sikeston's assistant manager, Foulk said. "I help maintain customer satisfaction, keep a positive attitude and always with smile," he explained.

As Sikeston's new service manager, Woods responsibilities include reviewing the store's workload, providing customer with estimates and evaluating all mechanics' work before automobiles leave Plaza Tire Service. He said his goal is to make sure all Plaza Tire Service work exceeds customer expectations.

Woods decade in the tire and automotive industry and eight months Plaza Tire Service have helped make him a source for vehicle maintenance and repair advice. He said he believes the three most important vehicle maintenance points are 1) oil change services, 2) tire rotations and 3) front-

end alignment checks along with front-end parts and brake maintenance. Noon invites the Sikeston community to visit Plaza Tire Service to see what the company and its new management have to offer.

"Plaza Tire Service's friendly employees and its 21 years of serving the Sikeston community will allow customers to have the best possible experience," he added.
