FRONT ROYAL, Va. -- Frances Catherine Holsinger, 93, died June 20, 2007, at the Lynn Care Center in Front Royal.
Born June 22, 1913, in New Market, daughter of the late Milton Strickler and Minnie Baker, she was a charter member of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church and had retired after working 35 years as an AVON representative.
She was married to Lawrence L. Holsinger, who preceded her in death.
Four brothers and five sisters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: four sons, Harry W. Holsinger of Sikeston, Mo., Lowell S. Holsinger of Winchester, Carl L. Holsinger of Bryce and Ray Smoot of Arlington; two daughters, Alice E. Buchanan of Stephens City and Betty H. Bernardo of Fredericksburg; and 14 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 30 great-
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Front Royal, with the Rev. Robert Jones officiating.
Burial will follow at Panorama Memorial Gardens in Waterlick.
Pallbearers will be: James Habel, Jason Donadi, Brandon El-Shafie, Dennis Braithwaite, Stacy Lockhart and Steven Sharp.
