MOREHOUSE - V. Estelle Oliver, 80, died at 9:25 p.m. Sept. 26, 2006, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau.
Born Feb. 14, 1926, at Morehouse, to the late John and Jennie Frasier Nimmo, she was a housewife. The former owner and operator of Oliver's Market in Morehouse, she was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church in Sikeston.
On March 21, 1945, at New Madrid, she married Virgil Lee Oliver, who preceded her in death on April 6, 2000.
Four brothers, two sisters, and one grandson, Andrew Tyler also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Donna Oliver of House Springs; two daughters and one son-in-law, Gerri Norton of High Ridge and Blanch and Charles Breeden of Sikeston; one brother, Jerry Nimmo of Sikeston; one sister, Wanda Tippy of Sikeston; three grandchildren and their spouses, Becky and Ed Tyler of Jackson, Samantha and Stephen Lankheit of Sikeston and Julie Norton of High Ridge; and two great-grandchildren, Hanna Tyler of Jackson and Zoie McClung of Sikeston.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Kelley Grubbs, pastor of Murray Lane Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Matthews Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: John Launius, Ed Tyler, Charles Breeden, Kevin McClung, John Nimmo and Matthew Gadberry.
