SIKESTON -- Cecil Mae Quertermous, 79, died Feb. 5, 2008, at her home.

Born Nov. 15, 1928, in Lilbourn, to the late Delmar and Delsa Lawson Little, she was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and had been a restaurant manager for more than 20 years for the Sikeston Country Club and Charleston Country Club.

On Oct. 1, 1948, in Arkansas, she married Q.T. Quertermous, who preceded her in death on May 31, 1998.

One grandson, David Ryan Groves, and two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Diane and Paul Wayne Groves and Jan Hon of Sikeston; one sister, Billie Jo Gray of Arnold; and two grandchildren, Danielle Hon and Matt Hon of St. Louis.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Jim Hoyt of Poplar Bluff will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
