SIKESTON -- Wanda Maxine Branham, 70, died at 7 a.m. Feb. 26, 2008, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born Nov. 12, 1937, in Kennett, to the late Roy Brown and Sybil Graves Brown Ross, she lived in St. Louis before moving to Sikeston nine months ago. She was of the Pentecostal belief.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Susan Kelley of Cahokia, Ill.; one daughter and son-in-law, Verla and Robert Murphy of Sikeston; two brothers, Earl Ray Brown of Columbus, Ga. and Vernon Brown of Sikeston; two special friends, Jackie McGuire of Granite City, Ill. and Ruthie Paulson of Cuba, Mo.; and seven grandsons.

Two brothers preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Blanchard Funeral Chapel, where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Harold Williams, pastor of Apostolic Tabernacle in Edwardsville, Ill. will officiate.

Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
