MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica -- Adrienne Elaine Francis and Brooks Allen Pratt were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony July 22, 2007. The double-
ring ceremony took place under a Greek gazebo overlooking the Caribbean Sea at Sandals Resort in Montego Bay. Conrad H. Pitkin, a marriage officer of Jamaica, performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bud and Regina Griffin of Oran, Mo. and Glen Francis of Dexter, Mo.
Parents of the bridegroom are Harry and Vickie Pratt of Sikeston, Mo.
As she walked down the aisle to Canon in D by Pachelbel, the bride wore a gown with a slight train designed by Galina. The spaghetti straps, cowl neck and back of the dress were adorned with beads and sequins. She carried a cascading bouquet of white carnations. The bridegroom wore a matching white carnation boutonniere.
An hors d'oeuvre reception followed the ceremony, which featured a two-tiered wedding cake. During the reception, the couple danced to "Me and You" by Kenny Chesney.
Following the reception, the newlyweds stayed at the Sandals Resort where they were given an intimate dinner at the Oleander Restaurant.
Following their honeymoon, the new Mr. and Mrs. Pratt are making their home in New Madrid, Mo.
