DE SOTO -- Beula Frances McQuary, 101, died Jan. 13, 2008, at the St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre.
Born June 5, 1906, in Macon County, daughter of the late Hiram Sumner and Lula Frances Broyles McQuary, she was a former school teacher in De Soto for 40 years. She was a member of the St. Andrews Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star in De Soto, the Jefferson County Retired Teacher Association, P.E.O. and Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority.
Survivors include: one brother, Leslie McQuary of Tucson, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Broyles McQuary and Millard McQuary; and three sisters, Lena Kruse, Reca Hardy and Emma Lou Jennings.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. Debbie Wilson and Dixie Jennings will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
