Your view: Rail clash

Exactly what part of the federal law for crossing safety funds that says "the funds will not be spent solely for the railroads benefit" does MoDOT not understand? If the railroad can afford to pay the CEO over $20 million a year why are WE paying millions for a railroad overpass so the railroad can cut jobs?
