BROOKLYN, Wis. -- Robert Dale Killian, 61, died June 8, 2007.
Born Dec. 5, 1945, in Cairo, Ill., son of the late Charles Everet Killian and Jo E. Wheatley, he was raised in Charleston, Mo., and moved to Madison in the early 1960s. He was a carpenter of 40 years for Local Union in Wisconsin, Charleston Carpentry, Capital Builders and Rohde Construction. He was also a mechanic.
His wife, Bonita Lynn Killian, survives.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Tina (TJ) Pelletter, Pamela L. Annen, and Regina (Reg) Schmidt; one sister, Elizabeth A. Kay; one brother, Larry W. Wheatley; his stepfather, Ray Wheatley; and four grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Crawford (Tissie) Edwards Sr.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Gunderson Oregon Funeral Home in Madison.
Visitation will continue at 10 a.m. Friday at Brooklyn Community United Methodist Church until service time at 11 a.m. The Rev. Gail Brown will officiate.
