Bulls drop third straight

DAWSON?SPRINGS, Ky. -- The Sikeston Bulls lost their third straight game by one run, this time losing to the Tradewater Pirates 5-4 in 12 innings.

It's also the Bulls' second extra inning loss of the season.

Sikeston won its first two games of the year with identical 10-1 victories against Owensboro, but have had tough luck the past three contests.

Sikeston (2-3) will have its home opener tomorrow at 7 p.m. at VFW?Stadium as they host Union City.
