Cathy Murrell

PARIS, Tenn. -- Cathy Jane Murrell, 48, formerly of Portageville, Mo., died July 18, 2007, at Paris.

Born Jan. 13, 1959, at Hayti, Mo., to the late Lynell and Delores Franks Murrell, she was a graduate of Portageville High School and a member of the softball team.

Survivors include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Amy and Fred Cervantes and Stacey Murrell of Paris; two sisters, Judy Lightle of Portland, Ind., and Vicky Smith of Mulvane, Kan.; and two grandchildren, Lauryn Cervantes and Amillio Cervantes Jr.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Portageville Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Kespelher will officiate.

DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
