SIKESTON - Amanda Robertson has joined the staff of Antonio's Salon.

A 2006 graduate of Trendsetters School of Cosmetology in Cape Girardeau. Robertson is a certified cosmetologist. She specializes in hair services as well as offering manicures, pedicures and facial treatments.

Robertson is now accepting new clients and is available Tuesday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcomed or to make an appointment call 471-7775.

Antonio's Salon is located at 127 N. New Madrid St.

SIKESTON - Sharon Duncan is the new community bank cashier at First State Bank and Trust Company.

"I am very proud of the contribution Sharon has made to our organization in both loans and administration," said Mike Marshall, president of First State Bank and Trust Co., in announcing the promotion. "She is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but has shown great leadership as well."

Duncan has over 30 years of banking experience, the last 10 being with First State Bank and Trust Co. A lifelong resident of Sikeston, she is married to Dale Duncan. They have two children, Kenny Duncan and Kim Alcorn.

First State Bank and Trust Co. is a full-service banking organization located at 750 S. Main St. It also has branches in Caruthersville, Dexter, Portageville and Hayti.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - The Cape Girardeau Convention and Visitors Bureau will be relocating their offices about 3 blocks to the west, moving from 100 Broadway to the first floor of the H & H Building at 400 Broadway. "The plan is to be up and operational at the new location by March 1st," said Executive Director Chuck Martin. "That will give us plenty of time to become fully familiar with our new surroundings prior to the heart of our tourism season.."
