NEW HAMBURG -- Jean Seyer and Dale Mock were united in marriage during a 1 p.m. ceremony Oct. 21, 2006, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg. The Rev. Normand Varone performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Eugene and Norma Seyer of New Hamburg, and the bridegroom is the son of Dan and Pat Jones of Sikeston and Tom and Sandra Mock of Bertrand.
Providing music for the occasion were vocalists Randy Elfrink, Wayne Elfrink and Lyndsey Grojean and organist Bernice Kern.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a long-sleeved, white gown that featured an open keyhole back and cathedral train.
Kara Heuring of New Hamburg served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were April Westrich and Laura Westrich of New Hamburg, Gwen Seyer of Cape Girardeau and Samantha Simmons of Chaffee.
Anne Westrich, daughter of Darryl and April Westrich of New Hamburg, was flower girl.
Jimmy Withrow of Sikeston was best man. Groomsmen were Mitch Williams of Sikeston, Steve Holman and Jeremy Skelton of Benton and Steven Mock of New Hamburg, son of the bridegroom.
Ring bearer was Eric Westrich, son of David and Laura Westrich of New Hamburg. Candle lighters were Michelle Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau and Lori Young of Scott City.
Chad Felter and Clyde Westrich, both of Benton, served as ushers.
A reception followed in the St. Lawrence Parish Center. Guestbook attendants were Nyssa Young and Sara Young. Cake servers were Shirley Williams and Karen Young.
Following a wedding trip to U.S. Virgin Islands, the new Mr. and Mrs. Mock are making their home in New Hamburg.
