CIRCLE CITY -- Ora Teeters, 76, died June 3, 2007, at his home in Circle City.
Born April 26, 1931, in Circle City, son of the late Ora Lynnville and Floye Mae Rhoda Teeters, he had lived in Essex most of his life. He was a retired automobile mechanic and was a member of the Taylor General Baptist Church near Essex.
On March 1, 1960, in Essex, he married Nadine Horn, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Joey Teeters of Essex and Jerry Teeters of Bloomfield; one daughter, Tammy Richard of Patterson, La.; and 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Ann Teeters, and one sister, Louise Ritch.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Jerry Pennington of Puxico will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Ark.
