Freda Clemens

OKLAHOMA CITY - Freda Clemens, 88, died June 2, 2007, in Oklahoma City,

Born Oct. 29, 1918, in Chaffee, Mo., to the late Claude and Flo Kinder, she was a homemaker.

She was married to Chester O. Clemens Sr., who preceded her in death in 1981.

Five brothers, one sister and two sons-in-law also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Chester and Wanda Clemens of Kansas City, Mo. and Edward Clemens of Gladstone, Mo.; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Alice Roxburg of Gilbert, Ariz., Carole Gregory and Sarah and John Clemens-Russell of North Kansas City and Judy and L.D. Hardin of Oklahoma City; and 14 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Vaughn Funeral Home in Weston, Mo.

Graveside services will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
