Words I wish George Bush would say: "It appears we have appointed our worst generals to command forces, but our most gifted and brilliant to be self-serving democrat politicians! In fact, I have discovered by reading newspapers and listening to our main-stream media that these infallible geniuses plainly saw all the potential strategic dangers from the start, and held the perfect plan for stopping Islamic terror, yet failed to take action themselves until it was too late. Accordingly, I'm readily willing to yield my command to these obviously superior intellects, and I'll, in turn, do my best for the Cause by writing editorials criticizing their every movement and demonizing their efforts - after the fact." But, then again who would print them, or air them on national television?
I'm calling about the expensive dental visit. My dentist is Dr. Dillon, and to get my teeth checked and cleaned and to get some X-rays is a lot less than that.

I just got done watching the 6 o'clock news where Jo Ann Emerson showed up over at the VA Hospital at Poplar Bluff. I just want to say how proud I am of her. I think she did a wonderful thing by going over there today. I think it's about time someone started stepping up and showing they care about the veterans. I think that we, the American people, need to stand up and talk and hold up for our veterans. I think it's a very good thing that she's done. If she can take this back to her office and get things done and improve the care the veterans receive, it would be great. We all need to back her on that.
