R.C. Brooks

Born Oct. 12, 1926, in Manilla, Ark., son of the late Arch Franklin and Virginia Mae Robinson Brooks, he was in the furniture business in Jacksonville, Fla. He was a World War II veteran.

Survivors include one son, Roger Brooks of East Prairie, Mo.; two daughters, Sherry Russell of East Prairie and Christy England of Jacksonville; one sister, Vonia Mae McVay of Huntsville, Ala.; and 14 grandchildren and 24 great-

grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Brooks; one grandson, Ricky Jay Brooks; one great-grandson, Brian Loomis; and three brothers, Billy Dean, Neal Brooks and A.J. Brooks.

Services were June 5 at the Christ Sanctified Holiness Church in Perry.

Burial followed in the church cemetery.
