Sikeston Standard Democrat: Engagements: Storms

KANSAS CITY -- Mr. and Mrs. Michael Storms have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Rebekah, to John Robert Vines Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John Vines of Dexter.

A graduate of O'Hara High School in Kansas City, the future bride graduated graduated on May 13 with a Master of Arts in education from Truman State University in Kirksville.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Dexter High School and also graduated on May 13 from Truman State University with a Master of Arts in English. He is the grandson of Geneva Nelson of Bloomfield and the late Wheeler Nelson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sam Vines of Sikeston.

A wedding Mass will be celebrated at 6:30 p.m. June 24 at St. John Regis Catholic Church in Kansas City.
