CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Terry Randall Simmons, 43, died May 31, 2006, at his home.
Born Nov. 26, 1962, in Chaffee, Mo., son of June Harrell Simmons of Oran, Mo., and the late Charles Franklin Simmons, he was a truck driver for C.R. England Trucking Co. and a member of New Caney Family Worship Center in Cleveland, Texas.
Survivors in addition to his mother include: one daughter, Katessa Simmons of Scott City, Mo.; one brother, Tim Simmons of Kelso, Mo.; two sisters, Tara Crapnell of Cleveland and Tara Blankenship of Des Moines, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Watis and Jean Harrell of Chaffee and Bill and Pauline Chance of Glenallen, Mo.; and a special friend, Melissa Webster of Charlottesville.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Mark Graham will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
Pallbearers will be: Tim Simmons, Fred Harrell, Fred Mauer, Joey King, Clark Daniels and Bill Holst.
