WHITEWATER -- Wanda J. Nance, 85, died at 12:48 p.m. March 17, 2007, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Oran.
Born Dec. 1, 1921, in Allenville, to the late John and Gertrude Slinkard Noble, she was retired from Tipton Laundry of Cape Girardeau.
On June 10, 1939, she married Truman G. Nance who preceded her in death on Jan 13, 1974.
One son, two daughters, three brothers, one sister and one great-
granddaughter also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son-in-law, Jerome Foster of Whitewater; and seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Phil Thompson will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Stroderville Cemetery in Whitewater.
Pallbearers will be: J.W. Stroder, Terrence Below, Chase Rhodes, Tyler Martin, Casey Rhodes and Trevor Cannon.
