The rain and cold temperatures couldn't keep people away from the Sikeston Jaycees Horsepower Festival Saturday at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo grounds. While inclement weather kept some vehicles indoors, over 10 cars were judged as part of the Festival.
