ASH FLAT, Ark. - Lloyd "Bud" Hunt, 80, died March 9, 2007, at Farmington, Mo.

Born Oct. 5, 1926, in Morehouse, Mo., to the late Claud and Mary Hager Hunt, he served two years in the Korean War and was retired from Missouri Boiler Tank Co. of St. Louis. He worked at Wal-Mart in Ash Flat and was a member of Pioneer Free Will Baptist Church in Ash Flat and VFW in Arcadia, Mo.

On Feb. 14, 1987, he married Lucille Hoffman who survives of the home.

Survivors include: three sons, Richard Hunt of St. Louis, Tracy Leach of Maryland Heights and Steve Sharp of Oates, Mo.; three daughters, Clara Rector of Coffman, Mo., Donna Woodfin of Oklahoma City and Carmen Jackson of Lesterville, Mo.; one brother, Larry Hunt of the state of Illinois; one sister, Maxine Launius of Morehouse; two aunts, Ruby Davis and Lucille Hager of East Prairie, Mo.; and 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Rexanna Albrect, in June 2001.

Services were held Tuesday at the Pioneer Freewill Baptist Church with Tri County Home in charge of arrangements.

Burial followed at Turkey Pen Cemetery in Ash Flat.
