PARMA -- Deloris Stevens, 84, died Feb. 12, 2007, at the Malden Nursing Center in Malden.
Born July 31, 1922, at Idalia, daughter of the late Hanford and Rosie Ross Erwin, she was a homemaker and a member of the Vinson General Baptist Church of rural Parma.
On Jan. 16, 1939, at Bloomfield, she married William Henry Stevens who preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 2004.
One infant son, Dennis Stevens; and two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: four sons, Harold Stevens of Wappapello, Robert Stevens and Glen Stevens of Bernie and Danny Stevens of Parma; three daughters, Ruth Tuggle of Evening Shade, Ark., Madline Kordonowy of St. Louis and Brenda Boyle of Beaver Creek, Ohio; and 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday.
Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
