Billy Coleman

CHARLESTON -- Billy Wayne Coleman, 54, died May 11, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born March 15, 1953, in Charleston, son of the late Wilvon Coleman and Ethel Mae Henderson, he was of the Baptist belief and a graduate of Charleston High School.

Survivors include: two sons, Lenord Corbitt of St. Louis and Samwell Davis of Cairo, Ill.; two brothers, Salim Shaheed of Bellwood, Ill., and Jerome Henderson of Detroit; and his special friend, Frankie Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Rufus Q. Henderson and James Henderson; and one sister, Vyola Grant.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. Friday until service time at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Charleston with Steve Betts officiating.
