CHESTERFIELD, Va. - Richard D. Farley, 50, died Feb. 1, 2007, at his home.
Born in Fort Benning, Ga., to Barbara Farley Thibault of Colonial Heights and the late Doran Vall Farley, he was a U.S. Navy veteran and a safety specialist for Waste Management Inc.
Survivors include: his wife, Carrie V. (Fraley) Farley of the home; one daughter, Kristy Farley of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Alan and Donna Thibault of Chesterfield and Neal and Brenda Thibault of Stephens; one sister and brother-in-law, Sabrina and A.G. Moore of Colonial Heights; father-
in-law, Raymond "Shot" Fraley of New Madrid, Mo.; sister-in-law, Cathey Daniels of Matthews, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Charles Richard Thibault; and one sister, Denise Oliver.
A memorial services was conducted on Feb. 5 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory with the Rev. Lou Ruoff serving as celebrant.
