ORAN - Emma Louise Schlosser, 76, died June 3, 2006.
Born March 10, 1930, daughter of the late Arthur J. and Ella Louise Schwab Job of Cape Girardeau, she attended Campster Grade School and College High School in Cape Girardeau. She worked at Farmers and Merchants Bank and Deevers Real Estate in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church of Oran and St. Ann's PCCW Sodality of Oran.
On Sept. 12, 1950, she married Wesley Schlosser, who survives.
Others survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Kim Schlosser of Painton and Douglas and Kristi Schlosser of Oran; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna and Riche Walker of Advance, Cathi Schlosser of Cape Girardeau and Connie and Steve McAnelly of Oran; one sister, Virginia Conley of Cape Girardeau; one brother, Albert Job of Cape Girardeau; and eight grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Richard Schlosser; two brothers, Paul and Clarence Job; and one sister, Edna Schabbing.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran. Parish Prayers will be at 7 p.m. and the Knights of Columbus rosary will immediately follow.
Visitation will continue at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday until time for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at the church. The Rev. John Harth will officiate.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
