Jeff Archie, Sikeston Public Works lead man, and Brian Dial, street supervisor, pour a concrete base for the street bricks near the intersection at Center and New Madrid streets Monday afternoon. The city will be pouring between a half-

inch to an inch of sand on top of the concrete to place the bricks along the service cuts.
