PORTAGEVILLE - Ashley and David Musgrave are the parents of their fourth child, third daughter, born at 2:40 p.m. Sept. 30, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Kearsten Rhiannon Musgrave weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19.25 inches long.
