PORTAGEVILLE -- Lester Wilson, 82, died Nov. 19, 2006, at his home.
Born Jan. 9, 1924, in Lynn, Ala., son of the late Chess and Nora Glover Wilson, he was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
On Aug. 3, 1966, in Tennessee, he married Earline White who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Diane Wilson of St. Peters; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Mike Rusnak of St. Peters and Sheila and Luke Keene of Portageville; four sisters, Lottie Frazier of Maryland Heights, Betty Ritler of Carbon Hill, Ala., and Ruby Walker and ReFaye Walker of Nauvoo, Ala.; and five grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Huwitt Wilson and Jimmy Ray Downey; and one sister, Flora Sarr.
Visitation is at 5 p.m. today at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville where services will be held at noon Wednesday. The Rev. Robert Walker will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
