WILSON CITY - Roy Graham, 84, died at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 2, 2007, at his home.
Born Aug. 6, 1922, in Halls, Tenn., to the late George and Omie Ward Graham, he lived over 70 years in Missouri. He attended school at Rush Ridge Community. He had been a farmer and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Charleston.
On Nov. 11, 1951, he married Earline Jones, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: four sons and two daughters-in-law, Roy and Lawanda Graham Jr. of Wyatt, George and Karen Graham of Cape Girardeau, Paul Graham of Erie, Pa. and Victor Riley of Sikeston; seven daughters and six sons-in-law, Christine and James Davis of Chicago, Aretta and Marvin Hill of Atlanta, Gloria and Cornell Petty of Erie, Vickey and John Graham of Wyatt, Rose and Phillip Porter of Charleston, Leigh Ann and Allen Kindle of Ullin, Ill. and Beatrice Riley of Phoenix; and 35 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
One son, Clifford Graham, preceded him in death.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Williams Funeral Home in Charleston.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church in Charleston. The Rev. Lavern Frazier will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston.
