MOREHOUSE -- Lotha Faye Arthur, 76, died Jan. 3, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Nov. 13, 1930, in Hartman, Ark., daughter of the late Thurman and Arvie Clayburn Vaught, she was a member of Greer's Chapel. She had worked for Anchor Toy and later for Missouri Delta Medical Center in the laundry department before her retirement.
On Sept. 10, 1949, she married William "Bill" Arthur who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: four daughters and three sons-in-law, Brenda and Dale Allen of Morehouse, Susan and Frank Delana, Karen Richardson and Sharon and Roy Bonner of Sikeston; one daughter-in-law, Denise Arthur of Vanduser; one brother, Paul Vaught of Bertrand; and nine grandchildren and 12 great-
In addition to her parents, one son, Larry Joe Arthur; two brothers, James Floyd Vaught and Billy Joe Vaught; and one great-grandson, Preston Harper, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston where services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. Roy Bonner, pastor of Greer's Chapel, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery at Dogwood.
