DEXTER - Lena Mae Williams, 92, died Feb. 1, 2007, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter.
Born Sept. 11, 1914, in Des Ark, Ark., to the late Bedford P. and Lillian Bickers Landers, she had lived in Southeast Missouri most of her life moving from Sikeston to Bloomfield in 1984. A member of the First Assembly of God in Bloomfield, she worked for Shuffit Nursing Home as a CNA and was engaged in farming.
In 1934, she married Robert M. Williams, who preceded her in death in 1947.
Also she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry, Lester and Weston Landers.
Surviving are: one son, Ronald Williams of Bloomfield; one daughter, Barbara Williams of Bloomfield; and one grandson, Jason Robert Williams of Bloomfield.
Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Dwight Hensley of Bloomfield will officiate.
