"We are excited to welcome Kelley to our team," said Moxey. "I am certain she will prove to be an invaluable asset to our patients and to our healthcare community."
Kelley Pipkin, formerly Kelley Walters, a Sikeston native, graduated Sikeston High School in 1987. She then went on to St Louis College of Pharmacy where she graduated on the honor roll in 1992. Following graduation, Kelley worked for Wal Mart for some years as both staff pharmacist and manager then moved on to manage Thriftway Drug in Jackson from 1999 to 2007.
Her husband, Russell, is a self-employed contractor and they have two sons; Jared, 9 and Joshua, 5. The Pipkins are active members of Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.
The Medicine Shoppe, located at 613 South Main St., will celebrate its 28th anniversary this May. With its focus on prescriptions and personalized patient care, the addition of Kelley will help the pharmacy continue to grow into the future while delivering the level of service its customers have come to expect. Drop by and welcome Kelley back home as we make her a part of the Medicine Shoppe family.
