DEXTER - Stella M. Gisi, 77, died Oct. 12, 2006, at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born March 24, 1929, in Essex, to the late Edmond P. and Mary Iva Morrison Gisi, for many years she was a bookkeeper for the Stoddard County ASCS office in Bloomfield. She volunteered at the Dexter Nutrition Center, was a member of the Dexter Eagles 4062 and affiliated with the New Hope General Baptist Church in Essex.

Survivors include: two brothers, Charles Gisi and Wilbert Gisi of Essex; two sisters, Ethel French of Oklahoma City and Jo Hice of Dexter; and two great-

stepgrandchildren, Paige Snelson and Allison Snelson of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond Gisi, Glennon Gisi, Eugene Gisi and Harold Gisi.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Martin Goode will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
