Born July 30, 1931, in Clay County, Ark., daughter of the late Alvin and Gladys Lowery Willis, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief.
On Oct. 31, 1949, in East Prairie, she married Willie Edward Williams, who preceded her in death on Nov. 15, 2006.
One son, Ronny Ray Williams, one brother and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Edward Dean Williams of Charleston and Larry Gene and Janet Williams of East Prairie; three daughters and sons-in-law, Verna Lee and Richard McCullough of Charleston and Kathy Ann and Terry Redfering and Sandy and Keith Carden of East Prairie; one brother, James Willis of Poplar Bluff; five sisters, Sue McGill of Anniston, Edna Easley and Irene Howton of East Prairie, Christine Mickey of Clever and Lorene Newberry of Jacksonville, Fla.; and 14 grandchildren and 11 great-
grandchildren.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, where services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Jon Archie will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Brad Redfering, Brian Carden, Kelly Carden, Edward Williams, Robert Williams, Timothy Williams and Michael Williams.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Terry Redfering, Richard McCullough, Keith Carden, Todd Counts, Curtis Stinnett, Steve Linley and Mickey Johnson.
