Raymond Bandy

MT. JULIET, Tenn. -- Raymond L. Bandy, 90, died Jan. 7, 2007, at Mt. Juliet.

Son of the late Edgar Ansel and Mary Elizabeth Wood Bandy, he was a member of the Berkeley Lodge 667 in Berkeley City; F&AM and the Moolah Shrine Temple. From 1934 to 1937, he played minor league baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals.

His wife, Maxine Bandy, preceded him in death.

Survivors include: two daughters, Judy Farraro of Mt. Juliet and Cindy Dickerson of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Juanita Hillis of Sikeston, Mo.; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
