Born in Bristow, Okla., son of the late Raymond Hazelton and Virginia Parshall, he owned and operated Dr. Vinyl and Curves, was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church and a Unites States Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam war.
He was united in marriage to Cheryl Hazelton, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Earl Hazelton of North Carolina; five daughters and sons-in-law, Bobbi and Ryan Roe of North Carolina, Letitia and Bryan Gentry of Dexter, Nicole and Jason Farley, Megan and Brian Ingrum and Tiffany and Matt Morales, all of Paducah; one sister, Linda Curtis of Booneville, Ind.; and 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald G. Hazelton.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at Christian Fellowship Church in Briensburg. Jerry Kinder will officiate.
