Velma Martin

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Velma H. Martin died Sept. 8, 2006.

Born in Sikeston, Mo., she moved to Arizona in 1968.

Her husband, John S. Martin, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one daughter, Billie Pearson of Phoenix; one grandson, Loren R. Shirk and his wife, Jennifer Rose, of Chandler; and two great-

granddaughters, Casey Rose Shirk and Reagan Delaney Shirk.

Private services were held.

Green Acres Mortuary in Scottsdale was in charge of arrangements.
