SIKESTON -- A Sikeston woman and Charleston man are in jail on drug-
related charges following a traffic stop Thursday in Sikeston.
According to Sikeston Department of Public Safety, at 3:44 p.m., Tracy Michelle Cissell, 28, of Sikeston and Christopher Pierre Moore, 22, of Charleston were arrested at a vehicle stop at 102 Broadway as part of an ongoing narcotics investigations for cocaine.
The two were arrested without incident; cash and separately packaged cocaine were recovered as evidence. Charges were filed by Scott County Prosecutor Paul Boyd.
Cissell was charged with distribution of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school with bond set at $100,000. Moore was charged with distribution of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. His bond was set at $125,000. At press time, they were being held at Sikeston DPS.
