Charles Denning

Lake in the Hills, Ill. -- Charles E. Denning, 64, died Aug. 11, 2006, following an extended illness.

Born May 10, 1942, in Missouri, son of the late F.U. and Ethel Stokes Denning, he lived in the Chicago area. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a retired 36-year employee of Xerox.

Survivors include: three sons and one daughter-in-law, David Denning of Addison, Brian Denning of Florida and Kirk and Liz Denning of Las Vegas; one daughter, Jennifer Denning of Addison; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Maureen Denning and Bill and Carol Denning of the Chicago area, Bobby and Katherine Denning and Robert and Wilma Denning of Sikeston, Mo.; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Frances and Arnold Schlosser of Arcadia, Mo., Mary and Gary Keltner and Eva Dawson of Terre Haute, Ind.

Services were conducted Aug. 13 at Grove Memorial Chapel.
