Evelyn Taylor

LEAGUE CITY, Texas - Evelyn Louise Taylor, 81, a longtime resident of Morehouse, Mo., passed away September 15, 2006, in Houston.

She was married for 54 years to Manuel "Jack" Taylor who preceded her in death.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters: Judi Mather and husband Allen of Arlington and Patty Peek of Nassau Bay; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob Dickerson and wife Mary Joan of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Ron Dickerson and wife Faye of Scott City, Mo.; four grandchildren, Nicholas Peek and fiance Jessica of Nassau Bay, Nathan Peek of New Orleans, Owen Mather of Arlington, and Kim Berley Brooks and husband Jeff of Fort Worth; and three great-grandchildren, Trent, Kaleigh and Logan.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dignity Memorial Bay Area Chapel in League City.

Burial will be at Houston National Cemetery.
