House fire

A member of the Sikeston Department of Public Safety cuts a ventalation hole into the roof of 1511 E. Gladys Wednesday morning. The fire began at approximately 9 a.m. and is believed to have started in the flu and then spread to the attic. Fire fighters were on the scene for nearly three hours.
