SIKESTON -- Three Sikeston high school varsity volleyball players earned post season honors when the Class 4, District 1 All-District teams were announced recently.

Rachel Beydler and Martika Davis earned All-District First Team honors and Quinn Kaiser earned Second Team honors.

Beydler, a junior, was the lone Bulldog setter this season and led the team in assists (486) and service aces (47) while placing second in digs (182), kill percentage (.269) and serving percentage (93.0).

Junior Davis, split time between outside hitter and middle blocker and led the Lady Bulldogs in kills (209), kill percentage (.299) and placed second in solo blocks (37).

Senior outside hitter Kaiser led the team in digs (241) and serving percentage (93.4) while placing second in kills (142).

The trio helped lead Sikeston to a 19-11-1 season, the team's best record since a 23-7 ledger in 2000.
