DEXTER - Lueanna Ergle, 86, formerly of Sikeston, died at 1:05 p.m. Jan. 25, 2008, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born Dec. 4, 1921, in Double Springs, Ala., to the late James and Ethel Curtis Cable, she was a housewife and of the Baptist faith.
On July 6, 1941, in Double Springs, she married Noah Lee Ergle, who preceded her in death on Aug. 12, 2000.
Survivors include: three sons, Wayne and Betty Ergle of Bernie, James Ergle and Abby Herring of Parma and Rexell and Sherry Ergle of New Madrid; two daughters and a son-in-law, Annie and Clinton Daniels of Sikeston and Maxine Holland of Dexter; two sisters, Cora Lee Godsey and Minnie Wakefield of Double Springs; and 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Robert Holland, pastor of the Mt. Zion Walker General Baptist Church in Bloomfield, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
